Will you please help to pump this up for me; . If Unions Are Breaking Automakers, Why are BMW & Mercedes So Rich? Yes Magazine -- Germany paid their autoworkers about $67 an hour (including wages and benefits. But the United States paid its average worker only $33 and hour, (also including wages and benefits. On top of that, German car manufacturers were highly profitable, despite the comparatively large paychecks of their workers. It would help even more if you would also ask your buddies to pump it up.

Thank you for the kind words about my comment. Do you think that the vehicle insurance companies might lobby for those things?

why did you just post all Bremen stores at 3.99 when in fact hey are not?

"and there is talk of exporting" Of course, Obama and too many of them at the top from those in his administration, the EPA, Democrats and Republicans in Congress, many of the ultra wealthy [think Warren Buffet and others], the big Banks, Big Oil, OPEC, eco-nazis [I'm a greenie and I make use of solar, but I'm not like them] all want gas to be $5 to $14 a gallon. They won't do it before they election, it'll be later down the road.

by LanguageMan1  May 02, 2014

They'll make it over $4 a gallon soon enough permanently, and it'll hit $5 and $6 before you know it. You'll be paying $3 to $8 for a loaf of bread.

by LanguageMan1  May 02, 2014

"not quite there yet, think it will be above $4" You might be right, but it won't be for long. This is an election year, so it'll drop just before the election. But, technically speaking, prices are as high and higher than in 2008. The price spread between regular, mid-grade and premium is 60 cents a gallon around here now, it was 30 cents a gallon back then. Premium hit $4.17 and $4.25 back then, now it's $4.19 to $4.29 and higher at a few places.
